We have many years of experience and track record in acquisitions and focus both in residential & commercial property investment opportunities to create and convert them into valuable assets through design, development, refurbishments and management.

Mehmet is a property investor and a founder of Mor Investments who has established Mor Investments in 2000.
Mehmet has many years of experience in property development and investment industry.
He has worked on residential, commercial development and refurbishment projects in London.
Umit Moroglu
Managing Director
Umit has been actively involved in development and management of the assets on behalf of Mor Investments to develop and expand our current investment portfolio to ensure we are maximizing our capital and rental returns by reviewing and dealing with all aspects of managing our existing investments.
Umit also works with a number of property agents across London to ensure that we have access to investment opportunities on the market.
